These terms govern the purchase and delivery of StratChecks diagnostics.

The service
StratChecks provides an independent, structured diagnostic of the strategy material you submit. The diagnostic is an opinion based on the material provided and independent research. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome.
Your material
You confirm at submission that you are authorised to provide the material you upload and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to another party.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes stated for each product run from receipt of a complete submission, including all documents required to complete the assessment.
Fees and payment

Refunds and cancellation
