What we need
Your primary strategy document is required. Anything else that shows how the strategy is meant to work — operating model, business plan, financial plan, implementation roadmap, organisation structure, market analysis, performance reports, initiative portfolio or board papers — improves the depth and confidence of the assessment.
The intake takes roughly five to eight minutes and captures the context your documents won't contain: why the strategy was developed, the outcomes it must achieve, what concerns you and which assumptions you want challenged.
